EXchange Hotel Vancouver - An Executive Hotel

My second stay at the hotel and 0 regret once again ! Beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms in a super contemporary decor. The heated floor in the bathroom is a great addition. The staff is very professional, kind, and available. Always ready to help! Thank you again and see you on my next visit 😁!

I spend three days in quarantine at this hotel. The price was middle ($1200 for three days), and the room is new and amazing! I think it is a good deal! The service is good! But you cannot reach the front desk by calling because everyone cannot go out of a room and the line is so busy. The meals were okay. Breakfast was not my fav, but lunch and dinner were tasty! Breakfast: orange juice, yogurt, some muffin, some salty thing, fruit, water Lunch: soda, salads, some bread, fruit, water Dinner: a main dish (curry, macaroni cheese), some bread, snacks, water

I stayed with my family for 3 days quarantine. The hotel itself is better than expected.Rooms are new but doesn't come with microwave. Front desk is helpful, arranged us an early check in we barely waited half an hour in lounge. We didn't like the food at all.They served us cold meals. We had to order skip the dishes for every meal. For the price we paid I think we deserved better food. My friend stayed in other hotel.They gave him Moxie's grill credit of $150 for meal each day.

One of the top hotels in Vancouver. The service at the front desk was very impressive. Great atmosphere and good ambiance. Just two mistakes happen two times during my 3 days hotel quarantine stay. Service is really fast but I cleared mentioned don’t send any beef products and pork products. Unfortunately, I got baked pasta with beef bolognese when I called the front desk they told me it’s chicken so tasted one spoon and it’s not chicken so next day once again I called front desk that time also they told me chicken. Hindu people mostly never eat beef it’s religious, I was tasted pasta again because of them . In the next afternoon for lunch they send me a so called chicken sandwich with coleslaw but unfortunately, that’s not chicken they served (Turkey or Ham). One of the front desks was nice first they argue but they send a veg sandwich I am thankful for the food.

I only live a 30 minute drive from the Exchange but booked 3 nights in order to disconnect and have a distraction free place to focus on a big business project without my usual everyday distractions at home with kids and ''life''. Staying at the Exchange was amazing the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was clean, modern and upscale without being snobby. It was my oasis to tune everything out and get to work. Its location was perfect for taking short breaks and walking down to the waterfront and I was able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants take care of my needs. I never thought that I would enjoy staying in a hotel that is my own backyard as much as I did. I will definitely be back next time I need a distraction free space to disconnect, focus and recharge.
