The staff were all so lovely... Our room was great and the pool was just perfect for the kids. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel for family’s. We’ll be back!

Always end up in Vancouver every summer and stay in different parts of downtown. This place was my absolute favourite! The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. It was in a great location with a lot of good restaurants nearby. What makes them stand out though is their customer service was amazing! Above and beyond! Will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here for NYE and was very happy with the experience. Friendly and accommodating staff (lent a phone charger!) This hotel ACTUALLY reads the special requests box of your booking! I was able to have an aromatherapy diffuser (as I read this hotel is able to provide) and they gave us all the extra pillows for my hearts content. The room was spacious and little noise was noticeable from the rooms around us. I only wish there were patio umbrellas as we weren't able to truly enjoy the rooms terrace during the rainy NYE. The knock off Alexa named Roxy was fun and the 55'' Tv and overhead rainfall shower were excellent.

Wonderfully prompt and efficient service with really kind and friendly staff. The bottle of birthday wine was a really special surprise! Generous and delicious breakfast, and we loved the room layout and 2 person shower. We’ll definitely be back!
