Great staff members working there ! Terri and Richard is always there for you. I'm interested into people's opinions and I'm telling you that, the HYATT REGENCY in Vancouver, has the funniest, most entertaining and at the same time, super professional members ! The hotel is very clean and LARGE. Quite big for the location. Super customer service and definitely I'll visit it again... Great work guys !

Amazing time as well the staff were so friendly and helpful. Had our parking taken care of since the continental breakfast wasn’t available at the time. Will come back often. We loved the hot tub outside , very clean .

If anybody out there is trying to find good deals for hotels check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the absolute best rates anywhere! Amazing time as well the staff were so friendly and helpful. Had our parking taken care of since the continental breakfast wasn’t available at the time. Will come back often. We loved the hot tub outside , very clean .

It's been a few years, but I took my wife and daughters here for a weekend get-a-way and was so pleasantly surprised with this fabulous hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and I loved the atmosphere. As soon as Canada lets us Americans come back in their country, we will be back!
