Not exactly sure how to rate this place. Modern/chic. Good location near little Italy and Dow's lake. Nice restaurants walking distance away. It is a new high end condo development with rooms set aside for hotel use. You will given a fob which limits your access to certain parts of the building. The room numbers are barely legible next to the doors so expect to wonder the halls a little initially. The hotel rooms are one bdrm condos with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Not sure which rooms have been set aside for the hotel or how it was decided. Ours was over the garage door entrance over looking a construction site next door. Clearly a harder sell as a condo. But the room itself was very nice. A step well above standard hotel rooms for sure. At something like $175 I think good value it the market. But something oddly antiseptic about it, and I like modern decor. Maybe it was the newness or the not great room location and/or lack of a view of any interest. We might be back, if we can get a different room.

Very nice building. Staff was helpful. Underground parking was very convenient. Not cheap but good value. The unit was well stocked and very clean.

Staff here are amazing. We lived here for 2 months and it always felt homey. The suites are fully equipped with everything we needed for a family of 4 (kids both under 4). Great gym, bbq area was nice, and can't beat the location.
