Hôtel Manoir Victoria

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable beds. Great shower. I gave only four stars and not five because of the bathroom products. Made in china. Seriously?

This is our second time here and it's actually our favourite, even over Chateau Frontenac. It is right in the middle off of the main road into old Quebec city. For us Canadians, it's right next door to a Tim Horton's so when it's -25C and you just woke up you can quickly go downstairs jump out the door go next door to get your Timmy's. The hotel is always kept up, they recently renovated the lobby so it was a new experience entering. The rooms are modern and quaint with all the amenities you need including heated floors in the bathroom. The staff is phenomenal! They are always happy, helpful and available for whatever you need. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool again but due to COVID is understandable. I hope this honest and true review doesn't overbook this hotel so we can't get in but this place deserves the credit. We'll see you soon!

The location is superb but the service is not (other than Bernard at the front desk who is exceptional). You get what you pay for, the room is old and tired, we weren’t provided cream or milk in the room for coffee, no complimentary water. They have a pool but it was freezing cold, so my son couldn’t swim in it. Overall, really disappointed considering the reviews were so good, and despite being labelled a 4 star hotel, I expected more based on the recommendations. If you don’t care about the quality of the room or hotel, staying here solely on location is worth it but I would choose a different hotel next time myself.

First of all - perfect location. Right in the middle of the old city. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and shops to eat and shop at. About a 5 minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac and the waterfront. The hotel itself is beautiful. Great decor, beautiful old building, big rooms and comfy beds. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Having valet parking is excellent for the location, because finding a place to park is nearly impossible. It's nice to just leave it with the valets and not worry about it. The staff were able to answer any questions we had and recommend places for us to go for food or otherwise. The restaurant here is incredible too! Definitely try to go there if you can. This hotel made our honeymoon perfect!

Awesome staff!!! Great location.. literally in the heart of the town! The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because the breakfast option wasn’t what I expected and the pool doesn’t open till 10am otherwise everything was clean friendly and fun!!! By the way we are a family of 5 and 1 room with 2 queen beds was perfect for us!
