In this review, you will find the downsides, followed by the upsides and a summary. Some of the downsides were: very hard (almost uncomfortable) mattresses, thin walls|floors|roofs so people can hear through, some of the TV (which was of low quality) channels on the selection menu aren't even available, room service not included, the pool was too dirty to be used (but it was thankfully closed due to this), some broken equipment (a toaster) and the lack of a kettle. Upsides were the following: very nice and modern decoration, home appliances were efficient and modern too, the views from the windows and balconies were nice, the AC worked well, the shower was outstanding and modern (although showering with hot water transforms the bathroom into a sauna), there was plenty of storage space for everyone's luggage and the hotel's proximity to restaurants and the city of Magog was very convenient as it took little time to get around. In summary, this place left a bittersweet taste because of small uncomfortable details and its very nice environment. Therefore, I would only recommend it if you're not staying for a long time, otherwise you should go to a better hotel.

Nice pool. Deck chairs. Could use some umbrellas. Nice staff. Beds are a bit firm for my liking. Good value for money.

It is just ok versus what you pay. 2 nights for $360, there is minimum stuff you have included in the price. Not all the rooms are bright. So we got a room with barely any outside light. The location is good but for 90 drive is not worth the $$ to go from MTL.

Great place for longer stays since it has a kitchenette. Also very well located. Great restaurant just a few yards away. Sadly, the walls are thin and if the other guests are not mindful of others, it can be very noisy (sounded la guests were constantly movi g around furnitures in the unit above). Also the furnitures needed some updating (most chairs in the dining area were worn out and wobbly) But all in all, had a great time on both our stays.
