Comfortable, a little run down, but not expensive! A good walk to their private beach but a good swim. No coffee in the room, apparently an additional charge? Plus had to ask for soap and shampoo but could be just an oversight. Off the main highway so great place to walk or bike. Rooms small but very cute and comfortable. Good area. No English so need to be as good as possible in French.

Excellent little motel. Friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance to the quaint town of Magog. Also close to Owl's Head (30 mins). I would definitely stay again.
