This place has a wonderful view that attract me a lot

Solid inn. Good size unit. We stayed for March break 2020 for skiing at Orford and this place worked out very well. Clean, good sized rooms for a family of 4 with ski equipment. Staff was exceptional during that busy time. Hoping to see the lovely people of the area again next March break.

It is a fine place to stay and has some great parks nearby

What you're paying for here is the whole package. Great if you have kids because there is a lot of stuff for the kids to do. Just a nice walk around the complex and you'll find some fun things like a pretty tiny bridge through a mini bog, farm animals, paddle boat, pond, pool, huge inflatable slide and more. If all you're paying for is to sleep in a room then maybe this is not necessarily the place and price you want. Room looked a little old but it was clean. Covid has changed things, like daily cleaning service, but I think they should put at least a couple of rolls of toilet paper and a few extras of other things so the guests don't have to go to get them if they run out. I find a check in time of 6pm is way too late. Especially that I was denied a late check out when I asked. I get it, with covid but I'm not sure how much different the cleaning is from before and I think 4 is as late as it should go personally. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

In major need of renos and a better house keeping. But, the staff is really friendly and helpful, hence the middle experience. Definetly not worth the price paid in this long weekend, but they have many amenities inside and outside for kids... and young families appreciate this even though they are dirty and worn out. This hotel without its great staff would most probably get a 1 star.
