Estrimont Suites & Spa

Stayed for three nights. The rate I payed was very good. However, there were some minor problems with the room. The shower seemed to have a slightly plugged drain so it would feel up above your ankles. The sink would leak at the base when turning one of the taps. As well, it seemed the heating of the room was very unbalanced with half it being super chill and the other being warm. In addition, I feel their mini bar selection is too expensive and to not receive complimentary water is unfortunate. Overall, the room was still perfect for the rate I had gotten and a good place to stay location wise. In addition, I did not try their room service but the prices seemed to be fairly good.

After saying that the spa will be open, and sold us tikets as such, apparently we cant go since we're not from the area!!!! The food was bland, i had to ask 3 times for an empty glass for the wine we purchased because there was only ONE empty wineglass (also only ONE espresso cup. Not too happy with my expreience paying close to 300$ for mediocre service and tastless food. To be fair the room was good standard, but the service needs adjustment.

I've stayed here 2-3 times before. I love the location, the amenities, the rooms, the staff. I would just suggest the cleaning in rooms.be a little more in depth as there was popcorn on the floor just beneath a corner table and a sheet had a stain on it. Everything else was wonderful!

We had a split level room, that was very spacious and comfortable. The view wasn't that exciting, it was facing the parking lot. I think next time we'll opt for a room that faces the mountain. The coffee was not great. That's honestly my only complaint, bring your own coffee. The whole experience with The indoor pool on the outside scandinavian hot tubs and zen hut was incredible. The way they handled social distance and Covid Precautions with all the amenities was 100% safe and efficient. The staff or incredible and very accommodating to my English. I honestly cannot wait to come back
