Beatiful place, will definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary end of Aug 2020. At first we were ''upgraded'' from the Loft I'd reserved to basically a two room apartment on ground level. Everyone walking by was looking in and our view was the cars in the parking lot. FAR from romantic or comfortable. We had used the room (I had a meeting the moment I arrived) so we felt terrible for the trouble but called the front desk and although we could tell they weren't thrilled, the lady at the desk was awesome and gave us another room, with a smile and a happy tone of voice. Great customer service from everyone! The Loft was 150% better and on the 2nd floor. Overall the decor, and comfort is great here. Worth spending the extra money for the ambiance I would say. Having a balcony and fireplace is so lovely. It's pretty expensive (399$ exactly for 1 night in a Loft + supper) but if you reserve in advance (will do next time!) and just eat a la carte it would be way more reasonable. If you come for the beaches or snowboarding, there's laundry machines, a stove, fridge, microwave, everything you need in the Loft and even more so in their bigger rooms. The pool and hot tub are small but we were there on a Thursday so had it all to ourselves at night! Hot tub also isn't very hot, more like ''nice and warm'' probably for reliability issues if ppl stay in too long in actually hot water. Proximity to Orford and Magog is awesome.

New hotel with no carpet and right next to Mont orford and close to 3 main beaches ( Stukely, Fraser and Magog). The hotel staff are nice and helpful.

Very nice stay! I wish the pool had opened before 8 am, so that I could have taken a dip before going skiing...also, it would have been nice to have some big pillows in the room for TV watching...but otherwise very nice! And it was so close to the skiing area, which was great!

So first what I liked about it ... it was modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed out meal at the burger restaurant on site. Our bed was very comfy. What kinda threw us off were sticky floors in the room and while the hot tub was available no jets were working the first night. The in room fridge didn't work at all the door wouldn't stay shut leaving the light on inside warming it up. Tried to shut the outside door to keep it shut and it was on high cooling but nothing doing. I guess I just expected more for the star level and price is all but definitely fixable things.
