Hôtel Oui GO! Hotel

it is a pretty nice hotel located in DT, few step away from the river. however i wont say its 4 stars. room are decorated nicely, but the hotel dosent have a gym or swiwming pool. parking is in a different location mear hotel, however its outdoor and have zero security. the room service is basic take out from the restaurant at delta hotel. overall, a little over priced.

Great hotel! Brand new and nice decoration! Very helpful staff, they were able to accommodate all of our requests. Convenient location, right downtown! They have coffee shop downstairs as well. Supervised parking is located near the hotel, just 5 mins away.

Ok, hold on because this won't be a short review. 1. The breakfast is amazing! They partner up with local bakeries to provide great bread, croissants, etc.And... They have good tea and coffee... cheeses, fruits... 2. The room is very clean, modern, simple with (yet again) good coffee! But it is a bit small... not really, it felt fine but it is smaller than other local hotels. Is that an issue? .. Nope. The hotel feels very European in architecture and room size. 3. The hotel has no elevators (except for luggage) and the flights are pretty high. But there are only 3 floors. Just take that into account if you have mobility issues. 4. The staff is perfect. I've been to many hotels and usually, I don't notice the staff because they are fine, serviceable, welcoming. But this hotel's staff is a step above other ones. They speak many languages, help with everything thing in an almost instantaneous manner. 5. There's a lot of attention to details. From the custom soaps to the availability of many types of glasses (wine, water, coffee). 6. The TV quality is not the best. I'm not in a hotel to watch TV but if you are... why?

Very clean and modern rooms. We had an impressive room, with two walls with large windows floor to ceiling giving a nice view on the downtown area. The staff was very kind and helpful too.

very friendly welcome,the lady at the front deskoffered to make my reservations in the resto oc my choice ,room was not big but beautifully laid out. great view.super location.i strongly recommend it.
