Pretty decent, the staff were super nice and understanding. They seemed to listen when we told them our story and didnt show any disinterest.

Breakfast included, not buffet a cause of covid19. Good location near to the parks. Free coffee ☕.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It has lookout points just outside the hotel a few steps away to take amazing pictures of the local surroundings. Lots of trails nearby to go for a nice hike in the woods as well. The rooms are very clean, the bed if comfy and a sofa to sit and kick up your feet after a long day out.

It is really close to downtown Shawinigan and really quite despite being close to the main road. Amazing staff!
