Its great the hotel is working hard to improve the place. New boston pizza, new indoor pool and soon a kid's playroom. Customer services is always great. They also give breakfast sandwich because of the covid situation. I would recommand and I would go back

Nice hôtel. Needs some renovations especially the ventilation in rooms, a little too noisy.

Front desk agents are friendly and helpful even though none of us speak French. They're willing to try to explain and deal with communication patiently. Clean hotel with Metro supermarket in an old shopping plaza right next door.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in February. Service for check in was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking as well and I do not recall them charging us for parking which was nice. Rooms were good, very clean, had everything you wanted. Walls a little thin, could hear TV from next door, wasn’t too bad and didn’t stop me from sleeping, but if you had an inconsiderate neighbour it could be an issue. They beds were super comfy as too pillows. There is a laundry on the floor I was staying on which was also helpful. They have a really good gym here, way better than I expected and one of the best I have encountered at hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so if you needed anything it too was very handy. The hotel is connected to a restaurant, not sure if one and the same, but it gets charged back to your room. Service was good, I only had breakfast a couple of times here, food and service was good. Waiters mostly spoke English and once they knew you only spoke English they had someone with wait on you that could help.
