Hôtel Escad Quartier DIX30 (anciennement Alt+)

Me and my husband always loved coming to Escad hotel, not only it’s amazingly situated right in dix30 which allows us to do many activities, but it’s also one of the most beautiful hotel with the nicest view we’ve seen in greater Montreal! I want to specially thank Carolyn and her team for making our first anniversary feel so special with their little attention! Their customer service is the best one I’ve ever had and they really do make sure you enjoy your stay! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Beautiful, immaculate rooms. Staff was incredible and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Location is spectacular as well.

The room was amazing, the view was great, the staff was amazing. I loved the bed and also the box stores nearby.

My spouse and I had stayed at this hotel MANY times, for business typically. EVERY time was great - professional staff, clean rooms, comfortable rooms, great amenities in the room etc. Definitely my go to hotel when in Brossard area. However recently it was an AMAZING experience. My spouse contacted the hotel directly about booking a very specific room in their hotel on the 15th floor. He was told that the entire floor was reserved for a valentine special being held on that weekend. After explaining the significance of the occasion and the room, the staff member put him on hold to see if there was anything else they could do. After a few moments they returned to let him know they had moved the valentine special to another floor in the hotel, and the room he was requesting was now available. He was ecstatic! Meanwhile when we arrived for our reservation and special occasion, we were not only greeted with friendly staff as usual, but they had gone above and beyond, leaving a personal hand written note in our room welcoming us and sharing in our special moment as well as leaving us a couple of decadent deserts for us to enjoy. This kind of service is hard to find anymore. They truly made us feel important and special. Thank you to the ESCAD staff and mgmt for making our experience very memorable!
