Dog friendly and very helpful staff. Left a dog bed, bowls and treat in the room upon check in and had dog bags outside for pick up. Great location and pricing.

The staff are excellent and efficient. The rooms are clean, decently appointed but quite small. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Nice place for a quick getaway. Selected the dinner option from Zibo and the food was excellent. Wish they had setup a small table with a couple of chairs... Would have made the experience perfect. Appreciated the late check-out option and staff was very friendly. My wife was able to have a nice massage at Skyspa next door. Would go again.

Extraordinary service even in difficult times. Great staff, treated me like a VIP and they went the distance like they were a 5 star hotel on Lake Geneva. Thank you
