there was a dust on the floor. when the heater/fan worked, a lot of dust were spread in the air. heaters thermostat (automatic heating) does not work properly, there is a relatively long delay when heater turns off and on automatically. but it is not bothering.... days in winter in Quebec are very short and the room was relatively DARK in nights.... as the hotel was for quarantine period (for foreign students) and I did not use the other facilities of the hotel, therefor I cannot judge hotel very well, but for this period, the room and the hotel staff were good. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

I loved staying here because your beds are comfortable, your employees are very friendly, welcoming and nice, my room is very clean and from my room, i had great views of the south shore, the bridge, the oil refinery, etc. My little dislike, the swimming pool is closed due to the pandemic.

Not bad for the price and location! About 19 minutes to the old city. The room is a little dated but clean with comfy beds. Needs more towels and soap in the room though!
