I have been to this store many times over the years. It is very well stocked. They answer e-mails very quickly. I have bought many different items over the years from them without any problems. My only regret is I wish I lived closer so I could frequent it more often. However, I try to stop by whenever I'm in the area. Although I prefer to go to the store, online ordering is convenient.

Incredible customer service best sums up my years of shopping at Al Flaherty's. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. On a different note, Al Flaherty's offers the widest selection of outdoor gear in the downtown core at prices competitive with the big box stores. I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years.

Wow super fast shipping! From online order to picked up by Canada post in less than 3 hours! Made an online purchase from another retailer in the area and it took a week for them to ship.
