I love having my workout here. The gym is fully provided with all that you need. There are not many machines but in comparison with other gyms I can easily workout and I love the presence of several bars to keep up with my calisthenics workout.

Large facility that spans 3 floors offering a wide selection of equipment and fitness classes. While it is catering to students, there is also a large membership base at reasonable prices. The staff are always super friendly and helpful with any questions or if you require assistance with a machine. The rig set up downstairs is great to modify for squats or bench press when those designated stations are in use. Ample locker space and washrooms available on every floor! Huge upgrade from the small facility 2 years ago!

The people who work here are so helpful and friendly. I'm usually anxious to go to the gym, but the people here are very welcoming.

I’ve never stuck with a gym before. I’m now 2.5 years and average 3-4 times a week. That’s completely based on overall experience - facilities, people, staff. Also, the 5pm Yoga (Wednesday) and 5pm Pilates (Mondays) has helped build core - eliminated ongoing back pain and boosting my lifting weight. I’ve also had 2 personal trainers. Both excellent. Katherine and Adam - very affordable comparatively. They’re sessions gave me regimes I keep to for months to hit goals and most important reduce chance of injury through teaching me correct form. I’m. Community member and so happy it’s open to us.
