Now that the gym has reopened, I've visited a couple times so far and I can't say enough positive words on how amazed I was. I'm not going to lie, I was really nervous and hesitant to go, but I tried it out anyways and never been more relieved.The staff were on top of everything. They made sure that all members who entered were healthy, and were aware of the new rules. The staff were very informative, and I loved how they took every safety measure to make sure all areas were well maintained and sanitized. My experience at the gym is going very well. I feel very safe and comfortable, which was my main concern prior to coming back. I'm so excited to finally be back! Looking forward to more workouts!

Good location. Very clean and accomodating.

I’ve been a member for many years. I was disappointed that I left a few messages at the Promenade location regarding a cc charge. I finally was able to clarify with someone in person. My other issue is with many of the treadmills. They have several TVs that don’t work properly. When the staff is told, they pretend that they didn’t know. The treadmills are also old and that also goes for the other machines. With other gym choices in the area, I would think more care and attention would be given in order for customer retention. Gone are the days of staff walking around the gym to remind members to sign up for machines and also not to leave belongings on the floor where someone can trip. Some women have a sense of entitlement when it comes to how much time is spent on a machine and also not signing up and getting rude. This gym could be so much better if the staff paid more attention as to what’s going on and actually acting on complaints.
