Toronto Bicycle Tours

Went to explore most of Toronto Island and learned about its historical past with my dad this Fall. Our guide, Claire was fantastic. She brought and taught us plenty of cool facts, legends, and stories about the island and how its transformation over the decades. Claire was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured our safety throughout the 3 hour tour. The bikes provided to us were clean and and high quality. Bring lots of layers and a windbreaker if touring in the cooler months! Thank you Claire and Toronto Bicycle Tours! We had a great time!

The island was beautiful and Claire (our guide) was friendly and knowledgeable. The bike ride was pleasant, we had a great time and learned a lot about the interesting history of the island. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a great time! It was definitely the best way to get that first look around the city and get to know a bit more about everything. Differently than those boring bus tours where one might fall asleep in the first 5 minutes (that's me for sure!), on the bike tour you get to see things up close and feel like a true Torontonian. The bikes are very - VERY - easy to ride and our guide took us through safe routes. She told us lots of curiosities about the city, explained things very thoroughly, and respected our pace when pedaling. We even got some great tips on restaurants to go later! Definitely recommend!

I went in the Saturday morning tour with Claire. It was my first time riding in Toronto. I met Claire at the garage where the bicycles and the gear were waiting for us fully sanitised. Claire was a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide, and she took me on an informative tour of the Toronto Islands. She managed to hit so many interesting highlights and really highlight the diversity of the place. The historical influences she explained really brought the place to life for me. I would definitely recommend this tour for visitors, it's a great way to know things about the place and get some exercise. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!

Did this bike tour of the city on day 1 of my 3 day stop in Toronto. It was a great introduction to Toronto and all its neighbourhoods that make it. Mat was very informative and took us to a lot of spots around the city and shared bits and pieces of information about different places we went to and also took our pictures! Sure you can do all of this by yourself on a city bike but you have to know where you’re going and what to see however doing it with a local makes it that much more easier to see everything and you dont have to plan anything. I would recommend this if you are a complete beginner to Toronto like I was, I would probably explore the city on my own when I’m back there. Thank you Mat.
