Pleasant !!! We had to stay 2 nights at this place.. n i was skeptical at first with all the review. .. but trust me.. it was one of the best places we've ever stayed .... no problems at all... specially Margo (owner) took better care n we have no complains at all..!! Definitely recommend to everyone..!!

I had a great two-months stay in one of the rooms with a shared kitchen. Margo and Ziggy are not only great hosts, that always reach out when you have a question, but the room was cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect - restaurants, supermarket and bars in walking distance. Especially, the young and alternative Roncesvalles Avenue is a place you should definitely visit, when you are visiting Toronto. Furthermore, it was very convenient to be close to the subway and streetcar line as well to the UP Express line that goes directly to the airport. The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful in Toronto and extremely safe, also, when you are coming home later at night. All in all, I am so thankful, I found this lovely place, that made my stay in Toronto special. Thank you Ziggy and Margo, I hope I will be back soon.

Booked the Victorian room and stayed for a week, was a super pleasant experience. Had amazing breakfast every morning with superb service by owners. Nice talking with owners and other customers as well, I’d say it’s feeling like home. Two minutes walking from Keele subway, a ease for taking public transportation

Room was small, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. My only recommendation is a blender for the shared kitchenette.
