A comfy and nice gem hidden in the corner of Scarborough. Sure we have a lot of airsoft stores, but the way Pew Pew Airsoft differentiates themselves from the other stores is OUTSTANDING customer service. As well as really in depth knowledge. These guys LOVE airsoft, and you really do get that vibe. They are passionate about the sport and are willing to go the extra mile to explain things. There is no pressure to buy anything either, they really emphasize that you get the thing you truly want or need. I'm sure they've gone through their rounds as well with different gear and such. Like the other reviews, they are pretty funny and have a specific humour to them haha. It's a great time visiting the store and figuring out what you want. If it's not there, it's likely they can order it too! Thanks again for guiding me and my purchase of the GHK MK18! Best purchase experience I've had in Airsoft in a while.

I had an wonderful experience with the store owner, he helped me import a product over $1000 that no other store does. Above all, he’s very nice to deal with and to talk to, I always find ways to buy stuff from this store due to the wide variety in items that are difficult to find/don’t exist in other stores and at a reasonable price. Communication with the store owner is quick and my experience with importing the viper tech is as smooth as butter. I look forward to doing business here again!

Purchased a Tokyo Marui USP Full Size from these guys. Great customer service. I'm new to airsoft, so I really appreciated how the owner guided me through how to fill the magazine with gas and how to maintain the gun. Will be returning for future purchases.
