Fantastic experience, from the admin staff to sales; and the instructors are excellent, professional, and have always had a great rapport with the kids. Merriam always ensures that instructors are not only highly educated, but work well with kids. We've been with Merriam for many years starting with group piano lessons, and now private piano and vocal. Our child has always looked forward to each lesson! I highly recommend this school!

Both of my sons attend Merriam School of Music for piano. Both of them are taught by Yolanda. She is a fantastic teacher as my sons not only have learned proper techniques and theory, but more importantly have grown to truly love playing the piano and have a true appreciation of music. In addition, we have had wonderful interactions with the Manager of School Operations, Paymon. He is awesome with the kids, a great communicator, and very accommodating with all of our requests. I strongly recommend this school to anyone looking for piano lessons!

We have been going to Merriam Music for the last 4.5 years for piano lessons and have been really happy. The last year's pivot to virtual piano classes was seamless and my girls continue to get the high level of professional service they received when they were receiving in person classes. I highly recommend Merriam Music!

I would 100% recommend the school. The instructors are professional and friendly. My child has been taking both piano and voice/vocal lessons at this location and the instructors go beyond everyone’s expectation. Both Mrs Yolanda and Ms Lauren are incredible exceptional instructors/teachers. They motivate their students and they make learning fun. My child looks forward to the lessons and is learning something new every week. Definitely a 5 plus star rating.

My daughters both attend Merriam Music school for piano. This school is wonderful . They have an excellently structured curriculum and the teachers are very knowledgeable especially my daughters piano teacher. The environment is very warm and welcoming. My concerns were always acknowledged and questions always answered. Despite this whole covid situation, the school is still able to provide my daughters’ lesson online. The quality of the learning experience is superb. Merriam music school managed to continue lessons online with ease and my kids love it! I even purchased my piano from the Merriam location in Oakville location. Overall, the environment and staff are wonderful at Merriam. I can’t imagine sending my kids anywhere else.
