I had ordered from Sugar Shack to surprise my friend for her birthday but unfortunately had to cancel last minute when I found out my friend wouldn't be home for the delivery or for the couple weeks after. Michelle was so accommodating the whole time, especially when I asked for cake to be a different size, and I felt terrible for having to cancel. The cakes look so delicious and I'm so excited to try them in the future! 4|5 only because I haven't gotten my hands on a cake yet to try it!

My son and I came this afternoon for lunch. We loved the spinach and mushroom quesadillas and the chicken barley soup! We took some yummy cheesecake and cupcakes home for later. Definitely a hidden gem.

I placed a last minute order for cupcakes and the quality was not sacrificed. Not only did SugarShack accommodate my order but she went above and beyond by customizing it with fondant. The cupcakes were moist and the icing was perfect. I would highly recommend this bakery

Received a dozen dairy-free cupcakes for my birthday - they were fantastic. The vanilla cake part was moist and the icing was beautiful. We've also had the soups - both the Thai and the sweet potato + Peanut butter (also dairy free) were also great!

Ordered a custom cake for my dad's birthday and it was absolutely wonderful, my dad loved it! Have also grabbed a few of their pre-made pies to throw in the oven and they are delicious. Super friendly service, would definitely recommend for baked treats and British pies!
