Old Mill Toronto Hotel

* updated as of January 23, 2021 * my partner and i were offered a complimentary stay from the Old Mill Inn after we'd expressed concerns about our initial stay. they welcomed us back with open arms, hoping to show us that they took these concerns seriously and to make up for it. (if you have to know, they did make up for it.) i have to say, i am very pleased with the customer service and hospitality we were given the entire duration of our stay, from checking in to checking out. i mentioned this in my previous review, but the staff here are incredibly friendly and so generous. they did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and for that i am grateful. we really did enjoy our stay here, and we would be more than happy to return whenever we get the chance to. it was just the getaway we needed to celebrate a special occasion, and hopefully it could be yours. :)

I went to Old Mill for a friends wedding. It is such a great atmosphere. Old building with lots of old pictures and history. The staff were very helpful and the food at the wedding was excellent! My only complaint was that the bathrooms were pretty dirty. Other wise such a great place for an event.

My now husband proposed to me at the Old Mill in January 2019. He had scooped out the location weeks prior and arranged everything with the staff for the day of. We had an amazing stay in this rustic hotel and the staff were absolutely friendly and professional to deal with. They followed allow his instructions to a tee and left us complimentary gift cards and champagne to celebrate our special night. The location was stunning and super romantic on the cold and snowy winter day that I was proposed to. A year and half later, we found ourselves booked at the Old Mill yet again to spend a night after our wedding ceremony and again, it was a wonderful and romantic time. Given the special circumstances, they kindly upgraded our room for free and left us a bottle complimentary wine in our room to enjoy that evening. It goes without saying we will most definitely be back to celebrate milestone events in our marriage with the Old Mill as they have delivered us lasting and high quality service during some particularly special times in our lives!

Perfect place to stay in Toronto

Sasha, the manager and her team are the best. The Old Mill is thr best hotel in Toronto from the food, the spa, the grounds and the staff. You feel like you are in an oasis and not in the middle of a City. However, more importantly, the staff knows hospitality and go above and beyond. The food is amazing and you can get the best massages at their spa. The Old Mills is hands down the best and I highly recommend it. Make sure to order their wood oven pizza. It is the best pizza.
