Very spacious and clean room at a great price. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I stayed Here last month and it was a seamless experience. Michael was extremely communicative and it felt like my own apartment! Great for people who are working remote, and steps away from all that Toronto has to offer. Also a perfect location for anyone visiting the university since it is a block away!!!

The place was great! Close to everything conveniently, walking distance. Right in the heart of Yorkville and Bloor st. The host was always responsive quickly and accommodating which was great! We had a lovely comfortable stay here :)

I booked this property for tenants of a property that required an urgent relocation due to flooding at their home. Avalon provided very quick service to move my tenants within 2 hours of booking the unit and it suited their needs. Although i cannot comment on the unit itself as I never saw it, my relocated tenants appeared happy with the relocation and check-in and out was very easy. The location is very convenient as i know this building and its close to public transit/subway.
