I don't like giving out non-5 star reviews but me and my team of 3 other people all agreed that the experience was underwhelming and kind of disappointing. I won't spoil the puzzle for those that haven't done it yet, but we booked the Claustrophobia room at Trapped! and were pretty let down with it. First of all - the room is a lot more gruesome than advertised. Then the room has nothing (thematically) to do with the intro video. The puzzles were ok but the final one was ridiculously difficult for a 45 minute room. It requires the team to bring in a lot of outside knowledge we didn't have. We had one of the staff members come in when our time had run out and we asked them to help explain part of how we should've solved it. They kind of smirked and couldn't really give us specifics on part of how to solve it because it was difficult for them too (again, I'm being vague to try to maintain the mystery). Overall, it just kind of sucked that there was no way we could've gotten it done in time. All of this being said, the staff deserve 5 stars for how friendly and accommodating they were. We were coming in from out of town and despite leaving (what we believed was) tons of extra time before our game was to begin, we showed up about 20 minutes late (we called ahead of time). The staff still let us play our round and didn't give us any trouble about the delay. So that part we really, really appreciated. It's disappointing that the staff were so great and the room generally disappointing. If the rooms could be as good as the staff, this would be an incredible escape room. That being said, I don't know when we'll ever be back.

Excellent service and a great well thought out room. Certainly was a lot of fun and not too much lock fatigue in this one. (The heist)

I felt like I was trapped. But it was fun lol. I'm going to bring the whole squad next time. Staff was engaged and really helpful. I'm gonna book another appointment soon!

Great puzzles! Everything works well and the puzzles are thoroughly challenging for a group of experienced escape room enthusiasts. My only complaint is that some aspects of the rooms are starting to see the usual wear (duct tape holding up certain items) but the puzzles make up for it.

Love this escape room! I did the claustrophobia room and if was so much fun will definitely be coming back to try the others. Amazing prices with great service.
