Get store, huge collection of games, and a very friendly staff!

Made an online purchase for my nephew's birthday. Store is close by so I made the last minute switch from delivery to pick up. They were quick to respond and very accommodating. I was very impressed overall with the shop. They have quite a wide range of merch in a nice large space. You can really see the staff working hard with all the online orders/pick up and delivery as well as keeping patrons safe in store. Will definitely return to shop. I've already bookmarked the site for future orders.

Started feeling nostalgic for some old cards and after looking on Amazon, I saw this place in a google search. Pricing: The pricing that 401 games offers is really good! It is much cheaper than any other alternative I found (especially if you can go and pick it up) and seems to be pretty fair market value for sealed product. Staff: I've only done a few pick ups, but the staff has always been great. I wish I knew their names to shout them out here (as the owner replies to every review-- something I respect a lot) so that they could see, but the only guy I remember is one who is really tall. He was super nice and helpful the last time I was there. Ownership: This kind of ties in to the staff portion but it bears repeating. The owner reads every review and replies to almost all of them. This shows that they really care about the customer experience, and even if you're not completely satisfied, this type of communication tells me that they will do whatever is in their power to assist you, even on the rare occasion a problem does occur. Product: Everything that I have bought from them comes as advertised. Sealed, not tampered with, clean, etc. Service: The website is super easy to use and navigate, and every order that I have placed on in-stock items has been ready the next day! I found it helpful to place an order right before going to bed and then at some point in the morning I would get an email saying that my item was ready. Again, I know that delivery is convenient, but if you are able to, definitely pick up the orders! Overall thoughts: If you're still reading, thanks! Its because of the detailed reviews on here that I trusted 401 games in the first place and I am hoping this review helps people who are on the fence. I will likely be picking up a product from 401 games every few months for the foreseeable future

Very friendly and helpful staff. One staff member went above and beyond giving me my order after store was closed. He could've easily turned me away and I'm thankful he did not as I really did not want to make the trip again. Thank you so much!!

Great store. Great staff. We went about 3 hours before they closed and spent that whole time looking at their selection of board games. Because of them I added a bunch of new games to my growing list of games to get. Their online ordering is also very easy and they tend to get orders out pretty quickly considering they don't have an Amazon size staff working. Their prices are the most affordable I've come across for board games and the fact they are in Vaughn makes it easy for me to stop by 1-2 times a month or do a pick up if I need too. They also try to keep a good stock in store and online, which can be difficult especially during a pandemic where international shipping is causing shortages. Overall, I appreciate 401 Games a lot and I plan to keep coming back one way or another for as long as I can.
