Purchased some puzzles as a present and was very happy with the condition they were received in. No damage to the boxes and beautiful quality of puzzles. Very happy with their customer service as well, nice personal touch.

They seem to have a great variety of games and activities here and ordering online was pretty easy - however, I'm docking a star for the weird store pickup experience. They are offering pickup on Mon-Sat from 11-5 (the hours on Google Maps aren't correct at the moment) and when I showed up the gate at street level was closed. I called the store and to my surprise was directed downstairs to a different entrance to pick up my order. That's fine, but they should really put out some signage at street level to explain this. I ran into another shopper who was also confused about this so I know i'm not the only one.
