Steve is an amazing instructor. I've been going to him for boxing lessons for awhile now and I learn more every time alongside getting in a great workout!

Decent gym, Good amount of equipment, good trainer. I find things here are too rigidly structured, one week ''unlimited'' pass is not truly unlimited, you can't spar or attend the advanced classes. In order to spar at all one has to sign up with WAKO Canada. Would be nice if they just had a waiver to sign prior to sparring like at many other gyms. Weapons classes here are pretty good.

A great family oriented training environment. Steve is very knowledgeable, and a great instructor. Many different classes available to choose from.

Exceptional place to train. During Covid-19. The Dojo is still open. With strict protocols in place to keep you healthy, active, and happy.
