Can't say enough about the valuable self defense methods. You will not find a better school in the GTA. Anyone who has had the privilege of training under Shihan Lee will not easily be beaten in competition OR in real-life. Get street proofed here! Worth every penny.

The entire family has been coming to this dojo since 2011/2012. It has been a life changing experience that has opened many different paths and experiences that we would not have encountered otherwise. Shihan Lee is truly genuine in his teachings and when you earn something, you know that you have earned it and it was not given to you. After all when it comes down to a real life situation, it is not what belt you are, it is whether you can actually use your skills you have been taught to properly defend yourself.
