Just did a curbside pick up at your MIssissauga location. Great service from beginning to end. Your website is excellent. Ordering was easy. My order was ready an hour later. I placed another order and accidentally chose shipping instead of curbside pick up. A quick call to your store and they changed it and said it would be ready in 20 minutes when I came for my first order. What great customer service!! Pick up was simple and smooth. Thank you all for providing such a great service! Just wanted to add onto my previous review from 2 months ago (above). Today I brought my son in for new ski boots. I didn't realize it was by appointment only. However, they said if I was willing to wait they would try to squeeze me in. Despite how busy they were, as soon as a boot fitter was free, they took us. Adam was amazing. I felt badly that I showed up with no appointment and told him we would take pretty much anything. But Adam insisted otherwise. He took great care to explain to us the differences in boots. Adam really listened to what my son wanted and listened to the feedback on how each boot was fitting. He kept trying different boots until my son was comfortable. I cannot say enough amazing things about all my experiences at Skiis and Biikes. They have always provided stellar service and continue to do so, even in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you Zach for squeezing us in and thank you Adam for your outstanding customer service!

Great staff and service department. Got my biked fixed under and hour for a great price. Always a good experience at Skiis & Bikes!

This is our go to ski shop! The people there are fantastic, friendly, knowledge and professional. I feel they have never steered us wrong navigating the constant tech advancements in ski equipment.

Went to get my snowboard bindings fixed today, although there are no walk-ins due to the pandemic restrictions, Zach was able to help us. He was very professional and friendly and able to trouble shoot the problem. The store did not carry any of the brand bindings parts but he was able to find a suitable part to fix it. I was very impressed by his speed and professionalism. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their snowboard and sports needs!
