Staff here are GREAT. I called for supply of equipment and they quickly checked for me and I made the drive up to get what I needed. I've called countless other sporting stores in the city all of which don't answer the phone or email, or have staff that don't care to serve customers. This place is different, they have great selection and service. I recommend and will buy from here again!

I usually go to this store several times each year for children's skate and ski equipment. I like their 2 year half price new skis trade in program. That saves me a lot of hassle thinking of buying and selling skies for my child every one or two years. Staff are very nice and helpful, except that sometimes they're too busy and you have to wait for 30 minutes for a question. Recently the store had to be close but they still managed to take in my old skies for a store credit. I was so cold outside, looking at the staff inside wearing shirts but I had to wait outdoors at the entrance. I guess this pandemic changed too many things. Hope the store can reopen soon and we enjoy our normal life back again.

The service I received from these folks was stelar. They were patient when explaining things and with my multiple calls - very kind. Even with me being all the way in Moncton in the midst of a global pandemic, they made it work. It felt like they put people first. Excellent customer service. I did not give five stars because there was a small glitch at pickup. I would have given a 4.5 if I could. Thank you very much staff at PIAS North York for helping me make this gift happen for a very special person. Merry Christmas to you all. Stay Safe.

I was very impressed with the fast turn around and service on Boxing Day. Due to COVID I mailed for advice on XC skis and boots and received an answer within minutes with great recommendations. I purchased online and continued to mail as the site wasn't displaying all sizes the right way. The employee (Ciara) helped me navigate the purchase funnel, and looked out for my order to adjust for size. Two hours later, at pick up, there were several pretty rude and unreasonable customers but staff kept their cool under these crazy circumstances and helped professionally. I really want to thank this team for their hard work during COVID curbside to make customers get what they were looking for. I got great gear for the whole family and great service for a good price. Thank you!
