Staff is a bit rude with clients (arrogant, especially over the phone). However, they offer good rate and try to accommodate with your needs, so giving a 3 stars. If they improve their client experience, they will definitely get the 5 stars they deserve.

A friend recommended Souad B. of Forum travel to me. Souad was very professional and did an excellent job to arrange my emergency trip to Pakistan. Not only did she accommodate my needs, but she was also genuinely concerned about the situation. I will book my tickets with her in future and will recommend her to family and friends.
