Best customer service ever. My daughter had her flight canceled with Lufthansa going from Egypt to Montreal, thanks to Arif, he helped and was in contact with us during his holiday. He took the time during his holiday to make all the arrangements for her new trip. Cannot thank you enough Arif for your kindness and for making my life easy. That is an example of an outstanding customer service.

On a number of occasions he has suggested alternate travel routes which have saved both time and money.
