I have been a client of the East York Expedia Cruises for several years now. Last year (2019), a group of us planned an extensive trip to Italy. We first planned a cross-Atlantic cruise from Rome to Fort Lauderdale, including our flights. We then added a land tour through Italy, going from Rome through Florence, Venice, Tuscany region and back to Rome. We also spent a few days in Rome. Charlotte helped us to book the Italian tour. She even helped us to book the hop-on-hop-off bus in Rome as well as skip-the-line tickets to get into some of the venues. The prices that Expedia gave us were comparable or lower to prices in other websites. It was everything that we had wanted to see in Italy and Charlotte helped us to make it a memorable trip.

Excellent service and good follow up. We are their regular customer for their charter bus and driver service. Each time is a happy and satisfying experience . Also use their service to organise group trip and out of town visit.
