I walked into the shop one day on a whim. I needed a few travel books because I wanted to go on a trip but didn't know when. The books were for a friend who had no clue what happened in a resort. When I went to the lady and asked for help she totally made me feel like I was really going on a trip that day. She didn't give any attitude because I wasn't going to book that day nor did she make me feel like a looser also because I didn't book right away. She gave every ounce of herself to give me good advice and I walked away knowing I was going to book any trip with Maria. Thank you for taking your time with me. I've had bad experiences in the past. Awesome woman
