Overhang Adventures

Went on the intro to camping weekend in Algonquin (25-27 Aug 2017), absolutely fantastic weekend! Amir and Sam were fabulous guides who really knew their stuff and put amazing effort into working with the group dynamic and generally making sure we had a great time. Sam's food was delicious and couldn't have asked for more. Great introduction to basic camping skills and canoeing, only wish it could've been longer! :)

Overhang Adventures' Fear of Falling Clinic was a HUGE step forward in my progression to be a better rock climber. This course is definitely a gateway to overcome your fear of falling, the rest is up to you to continue working on it and maintain momentum. My experience was fantastic and Amir was the right person to do this with. He's absolutely patience, respectful and not pushy, yet got you to challenge yourself to stand at the edge of (or within) your comfort zone giving you the choice to take the plunge or not. Each exercise done at your own pace. I highly recommend this encouraging and exhilarating clinic.

Our group of 4 had an absolutely epic 4-day canoe trip in Algonqion with Amir (founder of Overhang). He was super friendly, warm, knowledgeable and patient - just a really great guy. The trip was an amazing experience, and something we'll look back on with smiles for many years. The park is beautiful, and while the portaging is hard work; it's such a great way to explore. Considering how much planning, gear, and guidance went into the trip, the pricing represents tremendous value. Highly recommended!

Went on the Killarney trip with Sam as our guide. We had the best experience! Sam cooked delicious food and was an excellent guide overall. Couldn't have asked for a more fun adventure.
