The staff at GALA TRAVELS went above and beyond to make things easy for us. We lost two flight tickets due to the challenging circumstances of our destination. We had such great experience and recommendations from their knowledgeable and friendly staff to choose the best and right tickets in such a stressful situation. My previous experience with this agency was very nice. The staff here is very nice and co-operative and understanding customer needs. Honestly, they tried their best to get me best deal. In addition, their website is very unique and they clearly show ticket price for air ticket plus you can check air points offered for that flight. I haven’t yet found any other website with such features.
