Wonderful 399-acre city park with something for almost everyone in every season including a small zoo (though temporarily closed at the time of writing), a large pond, two small duck ponds, woods, gardens, picnic areas, playgrounds, an outdoor amphitheatre (Shakespeare in High Park), Bike Share rental racks, outdoor skating rink, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, outdoor swimming pool, group fire pits and picnic shelters (get a permit|reservation), outdoor sculptures, fountains, cherry blossoms, a restaurant, educational center, and a historical house|museum! Accessible by subway, streetcar, bike, and car (note: closed to cars on summer weekends and some other occasions).

A massive park with plenty of scenic trails, waterfront views, enclosed pool, garden and even a snack bar! As a social hub for the Bloor West Village, High Park also hosts many events such as the Ukrainian Festival (complete with live music, cultural clothing and souvenirs), the High Park Harvest Festival and the popular annual bloom of High Park's Japanese Cherry Blossoms. Keep an eye out for the miniature train rides which circle the park and the eye-catching wood carvings etches into various trees along the trails!

High Park is a great place to see the seasons in Toronto. You can still safely Social Distance while you are there. The sights are beautiful with the natural and gardens in the Park. There are a few parks inside it to make it friendly for the kids. Kids can run around here for hours.

High Park is always a great place to visit, a green oasis in a modern city, and occasionally quite busy. An outdoor swimming pool, zoo, and kids' playgrounds and splash pads. Picnic tables and benches, latter can be found in surprising or secluded areas throughout the park on vast trails. Several kilometers long circular path great for cycling, jogging or rollerblading. And at various times one can enjoy the cherry blossoms, open stage performances, and other events - check High Park's events calendar. Remember to visit the pond at the South side where kids can play with ducks. Really.

Always a great place to visit with kids for the afternoon. Not a long tedious trek, only a dozen or so different animals. The kids playground keeps them entertained and of course the ducks in the pond. The ice cream truck is always fun, but a moment on the lips...
