We visit once a year as our 8 year old always requests to go for his birthday. Parks great for all ages, clean and entertaining. Our 3 year old loves it too!

Used to be a lot better...Niagara residents pricing is a nice touch but this place needs some TLC. Staff for the most part are pretty good. 5 Arcade games didn't work they just eat your tokens but they did give refunds. The water park needs some painting and some refreshing. Some handrails etc are very rusted and need paint. Kids water slides and other slides needs some paint. Food prices aren't bad with decent healthy food options. If arcade worked and the equipment was fresher I would have given 5 stars. They used to have activities the kids really enjoyed.

Fun place to stay with the kids. Will go back when this COVID are done.

They have great service. The staff are so friendly and their hotel is clean. Their water park is great! Kids would love it. We just hate that the deposit takes too long to get reversed on our credit and we just hate that we cannot pay our credit yet because we are waiting for the deposit to get reversed. PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT BOSTON PIZZA. Very Rude staff!
