3 times a week for almost a year. Lost 15 pounds, gained a 6 pack and learned how to beat the hell out of a heavy bag. All shapes, sizes and fitness levels come here. Just a cool place to be without attitude. Virgil and Jennifer are outstanding in every measurable way.
