Started the Boxing workout 7 weeks ago. I am still more Danger from Million Dollar Baby than anyone named Mike, but, the it is the most intense, focused and effective workout. Highly recommended. Sweat with some new friends and break through some of your self imposed boundaries.

Each workout is completely different which keeps me coming back for more. I am pushed to my limit and then asked to go one step farther. It is a great cardiovascular workout and also improves my coordination and focus. I leave exhausted and exhilarated.
