Good gym, has everything you need (free WiFi too!), but just one squat rack. If you come at a busy time, you might be waiting for a while. There's also 2 bench pressed and 4 regular benches. Dumbbells go up to about 100lbs. There's also one smith machine and 2 bars for deadlifts. Some Crossfit stuff as well. Lots of free parking around. Gym is a bit older than the Goodlifes I frequent. No Goodlifes in Quebec, energie cardio is their partner and I can workout here for free.

Neighborhood gym. Genuine and friendly staff. People attend regularly, open to all (elderly, disabled, muscle monsters - everyone who is serious about their health). The place kinda grows on you.
