Ordered popcorn off the app and Claire(the manager) was super friendly and helpful when I got there she made sure I was taken care of. Great popcorn and miss the movies for sure!!!

March 5, 2021. I was so impressed with how the staff handled a multitude of issues. Physical distancing measures well planned and executed. It was opening day of a new Disney movie during Gatineau March break and only two families in the theatre. Room 6 had tech issues so the clearly-distraught yet polite manager asked us to move to room 5 after multiple attempts to start the film. Same thing happened in room 5. After just over an hour, they politely apologized and offered the three families vouchers for another movie and popcorn. The staff were clearly understaffed and frazzled, yet polite and helpful throughout many parental inquiries and bored kids. 5star staff!

Really good rooms and comfy seats, good selection of food+drinks in spite of COVID safety measures. Less fancy than the Landmark in Kanata.

seats are comfy and the workers are very kind the volume is perfect and the 3D movies are amazing! would recommend
