Studio warm and welcoming. Founder and yoga teacher, Sandrine Sabatier Snieg, is a perfect master of yoga techniques and offers a benevolent spirituality, while making us laugh with her contagious sense of humor. Equanima Yoga is a boost of energy and well-being with guaranteed!

Warm, pleasant, professional. The teachers are excellent at adapting the approach according to the particularities of each person's body. This is a center that brings me to a place on the physical and mental level much further than the others that I have tried. I sincerely recommend!
