Sunrise Yoga Chaud is a wonderful place filled with lovely people, staff and customers included. I’m very grateful to have this great place at my disposal.

I was really impressed with my first visit to Sunrise Yoga! The receptionist was informative and welcoming. The class was more than I expected and the facilities were beautiful, clean and very soothing! I will absolutely return and recommend to all of my yoga friends.

Sooooo amazing!!! Leurs classes sont bilingues, les instructeurs sont super, et on se sent vraiment partie de quelque chose de spécial!! They take the time to correct or help you in any way (if you have past or present injuries) and work with yogis of all levels!! I can’t go a week without doing at least one class 🧘🏼‍♀️

What I find brilliant is the quality of the lessons and the competence of the teachers. There are a lot of YOGA schools, but not with such qualified staff. Well done, keep your level !! It's nice to register in a place and know that in the long term the courses will be able to follow our evolution and thus always offer an opportunity to evolve.

My daughter and I took the parent and child class today and loved it. I highly recommend it. Designed for kids and the instructor can adapt to different levels and abilities.
