This gym changed my life and helped me rediscover my love of fitness and Olympic weight lifting. In addition to having a great culture, the programming / coaching is exceptional. With great coaches and and inclusive culture, I don’t think you’ll find a better gym / box in Edmonton

Capital City is an excellent facility with great coaches! They create a fun, but challenging team environment. It keeps you engaged and motivated. Clayton is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has gone out of his way to work with me on techniques to improve my mobility, something I have previously struggled with.

If you’re looking for a Box gym where you don’t feel intimidated coming in as a beginner or a new person then this is your place. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and very caring of their members health and well being. Whether you are an experienced athlete or just a beginner, 18 or 50 years old, it doesn’t matter, you are treated with the same level of enthusiasm and encouragement. All workouts can be scaled to your ability. I strongly recommend Capital City Athletics.
