Love the environment at Crossfit Armoury, the coaches are all amazing and always encouraging. The programming is awesome and it's always a new challenge!

If you're new like I am, try the Kickstarter. So worth the time and cost, and Stacey is amazing. It's making my transition to Crossfit WAY easier than if I tried it on my own. Also, everyone is super friendly and their customer service is great. Definitely recommend.

Triform Athletics has the most welcoming, inclusive community. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and invested in your fitness journey. They make fitness fun and have workouts for every fitness level. Having a community that keeps me accountable is key to keeping me motivated and on track. It’s a great place, I love it there!

Amazing facility. Amazing community. Kickstarter class offered a great foundation, with coaches spending time to ensure you learn the movements. Regular classes are so much fun.
