Fitness trainer Taylor Paton has done an outstanding job at teaching me the proper skills and body corrections to make the most of my workouts. I've always done things on my own and have won many competitions in my life however was never provided or pursued the opportunity to obtain a trainer. After taking some time with Taylor I've already improved on my lifts with squats, deadlifts and developed a better posture. Definitely worth the value in having a trainer like her. Thanks Taylor!!

Tenessa was great!! I had signed up for 4 sessions with her and all I can say is wow! So I went into the sessions wanting to work on shoulder mobility and some strength training. I was really surprised as Tenessa came back with this great program to help improve my mobility and strengthen my weaker shoulder muscles. She really know her stuff and is very technical but at the same time able to simplify what she is trying to teach. Her exercises have really helped my shoulder movement and helped to strengthen some other areas that were also weak. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable and really wants to see her clients succeed! Andrew P
